  • The London Circuit Commercial Court (“LCCCt”) is likely over time to handle more maritime disputes commenced in the Commercial Court and transferred to the LCCCt.
  • This seminar aims to increase the familiarity of shipping and maritime solicitors and their clients with the workings of the LCCCt and the benefits of litigating in the LCCCt.
  • The LSLC-YMP is honoured to host the Judges in Charge of both the Commercial Court and the LCCCt who will address the key characteristics and benefits of the LCCCt.
