• The approach to the incorporation of charterparty terms into bills of lading in general
• Whether exclusive insurance codes in charters will be incorporated into bills of lading
• How exclusive insurance codes might affect war risks and K&R policies – very topical given events in Ukraine
• The insurance industries’ perspective on insurance codes, and the exclusion of an insurers’ right of subrogation via insurance
codes
