• The Alhani [2018] EWHC 2495 (Comm) - Art. III r. 6 in claims for wrongfully delivery
• The Lady M [2017] EWHC 3348 (Comm) - Art. IV r. 2(b) and (q) defences in cases of barratry
• The Maersk Tangier [2018] 2 Lloyd’s Rep 59 - compulsory application of the Rules where no bill of lading is issued and application of the package limitation to containerised cargoes
